This project was completed in multiple phases over 3-year time period to separate and redirect stormwater from entering the leachate ponds. The project consisted of constructing diversion swales and new ditches, installing new stormwater piping and manholes with metering flumes to monitor the flow rates of the leachate and stormwater, construction of a temporary leachate holding facility during the construction of the project while we enlarged the existing leachate pond, installing a new 60 mil HDPE liner then covered with a gravel layer, build a series of storm ponds to collect the storm water from the site.
