This project was completed in 2 phases. Phase 1 consisted of removing and reconstructing an existing parking lot to make more parking spaces and provide better traffic flow in and out of the parking lot. We also installed a new set of concrete stairs and handicap access ramp to provide better access in and out of the building. The project also included site demolition of existing features, removing existing trees, blacktop, and concrete. Installation of new storm sewer including storm water leaching chamber system, new parking lot subbase, new granite curbing, asphalt pavements, concrete sidewalk, stairs, and handicap ramp and site lighting. Phase 2 consisted of construction of new pavilion and site monument sign. We also installed new concrete sidewalks and a new concrete patio with a landscape paver inlay and completed all landscaping and lawn restorations for both phases of the project.
