City Hill preformed all the site work for a new 195,000 square foot warehouse addition in Penn Yan. The project consisted of site earthwork, all new utilities including storm drainage, bioretention ponds, sanitary sewer, water service, building foundation excavation and backfill, pre-cast concrete retaining wall, asphalt parking lots, landscaping and lawn restorations and all associated site work for a new wastewater treatment facility.
