City Hill preformed all the site work for a new Toyota dealership including erosion control measures, on site earthwork, importing structural fill for most of the site, all new utilities including storm drainage, bioretention ponds, underground storm water retention facilities, sanitary sewer, water service, building foundation excavation and backfill, concrete sidewalks, asphalt parking lots, and lawn restorations and landscaping.
